We believe in a ministry which proclaims the love of the Father, the presence of the risen Christ and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. This means that we believe in a minstry by the body of believers to the body. Minstry is not the responsibility of the leadership alone.

The primary task of the leadership is to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up (Ephesians 4:12).
